Light body, Medium- acidity, clean flavours

Finish (余韻): Medium, mineral(鉱物), light bitterness(柔らかいの苦味)

A very soft and supple sake, not much in terms of ginjo-ka or complexity. This works well with shellfish, not my type of sake if drank on its own.
