Frankly speaking, it's very good. The moment you take a sip, you can feel the soft mouthfeel and juicy flavor, followed by the lingering taste of pear and cucumber with a refreshing acidity.
It is also wonderful that the sake rice and production method changes depending on the time of year and the lot. The details of each batch are written on the package tag, and it is great to enjoy the variations.
