Hi all,
I would like to introduce MASUMI, HIYAOROSHI by Miyasaka Brewing Company.
This company is in Suwa, Nagano Prefecture.
The meaning of MASUMI is "quite pure" in Japanese. But in this case, the sake name comes from the treasure of Suwa shrine, Masumi no kagami (mirror of Masumi).
Suwa shrine is one of the famous shrine in Japan and have long history, then this company has also long history.
This sake has a fruit flavor and sweet, compatibility of many food.
(But I always drink the sake only.)
Anyway if you are interest in this sake, please go to the HP of Miyasaka Company.
You can get the detail sake information in English.
Cheers.
